Seminar Description: Service and Maintenance Teams come in contact with residents more than anyone on the staff.  That's why knowing what the Fair Housing laws say and how to address questions and situations you face each day is so important.  Build confidence in how you interact with people and learn just how important you  are when you're in the business of maintaining homes, all in compliance with Fair Housing.  Plan for a fun, interactive hour and bring your questions to discuss.
